staff luncheon with the gals of the last 6 years. reception's personal order got mixed up with her work order; got Lilo & Stitch as my cake instead of the fancy but boring white cake. reception's kid was turning six, so we pretended the age on the cake was for my work years here haha

Went to the little cousin's 3rd birthday, and met my newest little cousin. I was the balloon soccer coach and pulled my leg muscle taking it easy on the kids. good BBQ too.

re-read The Outsiders at 32, 20 years after reading and watching it with my grade 8 English class. 22 years after reading it on my own after my dad showed the movie to my bro an me. at 12, Darry was the only guy who made sense and Ponyboy annoyed me lol
